Earl Marshall is the Pastor of Discipleship and Training at Hope Bible Church in Oakville, Ontario. He has also served as the Interim Director of the Great Commission Collective Canada helping 120 plus churches transition into this new organization and implementing church planting training. He was the lead pastor at Compass Community Church from September 2001 – May 2014. Before coming to Compass, Earl served for 14 years in several teaching and administrative capacities at Heritage College & Seminary in Cambridge. He graduated with a B.Th. and an M.Div. from Heritage Theological Seminary, M.A. in Christian Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary in California, and a Doctor of Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Massachusetts. Earl is married to his amazing wife Brenda. They have two children, Jonathan married to Julie and Christine married to Joe. They have been blessed with four grandchildren, Elle, Cadence, Josiah and Haddie. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, watching Duke University basketball games, and reading.
